As a landscape architect, Lynn has spent over 30 years designing conversational outdoor spaces, starting several businesses and a non-profit with her husband, survived a pandemic and a few other life’s storms. Through it all Lynn has learned one thing…the common thread that held her marriage and sanity together through it all was something as simple as conversations. Lynn will share 4 key strategies to transform conflict to badassery, including her signature strategy, Conversation Gardens.

The Conversation Garden Workshop
( 2 or 4 hours)
Join Lynn for a unique interactive workshop where you’ll learn how critical conversations are, what happens when we don’t have them, and how to create a space that is both physically and emotionally safe and comfortable where conversations flow and relationships grow both at home and at work. And that’s just Part One! Part Two includes a tour through several Conversation Gardens where you’ll learn how to recognize the 5 Key Components of a Conversation Garden while enjoying conversations with others. You’ll wall away inspired and ready to transform your life through conversations.
This workshop can be modified and customized for indoor experiences, as well as for other locations.
Landscape With Intention
(2 hr)
Join Lynn as she teaches her system for how to arrive at the WHY of a garden or landscape, and the steps that follow to. Knowing your WHY is the very first step. Then, the WHAT of the garden can be considered, followed by the HOW. When we landscape with intention, we can create a functional and beautiful result.

It’s my dream for every home, non-profit, municipality, business, and corporate campus to have one or more Conversation Gardens.
A Conversation Garden can be designed from scratch, tucked into an existing space, or a series of Conversation Gardens can be incorporated into a larger project. Every client and situation is unique, just like the conversations that will take place there.
